Is it free?
Yes. Anyone can browse every business, no account needed. A free account unlocks each member perk. The $9.99 membership adds punch cards and rewards.
Do rewards cost anything?
Some rewards have a small activation or shipping & handling fee, and some have none. Getaway prizes carry a redemption fee + taxes and fees. You always see it before you choose. A prescription savings card has no fee.
How do I use a perk?
Open the business in the app, tap Reveal my code, and show or say it at checkout.
How do I get the app?
No app store needed. Open app.inthehouseapp.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap ⋮ then Add to Home screen.
What's the difference between a perk and a reward?
The perk comes from the business, works every time and comes with your free account. The reward comes from IN THE HOUSE: members ($9.99/mo) earn one after 3 to 5 punches at the same participating business.
What counts as a punch?
Using your code with a participating business and meeting its minimum spend, whether in person, by phone or online. One punch per business per day, and your phone confirms it right away. Free accounts bank their punches too: become a member within 60 days of a punch and it counts toward your card.
Can I get the perk without the app?
No. Anyone can browse, but each perk unlocks only with a one-time code from your free account in the app.
How are businesses chosen?
Every business is checked against the same standards before it's listed: licensed where required, a track record of good reviews from real customers, and a commitment to honor its member perk.
